A huge part of why I am not taking care of my health is that I refuse to go to bed early. I am naturally a night person and get my peak awake time after 11:00. Most nights I get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep and that will defeat any weightloss goal. I need to stop it! Why do I keep staying up late doing stupid stuff?

Nice closet and drawer organization! Maybe your blog will motivate me to organize! Seriously, you have to quit that late night stuff! I have that tendency too, but because of my job where I have to get up at 4am, I am now trying to go to bed early every night so I won't be sleep-deprived and depressed on the days I work. So far, it is working great, and I do love having the early morning hours to get things done.

As far as your weight loss motivation, I really like to encourage you younger gals (I am 53) so you don't get to the point that I did. I have lost 94 pounds on W.W. with 24 to go. Before I started, I hurt all the time, didn't want to walk anywhere, and was just starting to develop high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Maybe your baby can be your motivation. I didn't have children, but I always wished I could be a little more active with my nieces.
