It's Official!
I have gained all of the weight I have lost. I am so ticked at myself. I never usually get after myself when I gain, but now I am so irritated that I had to go all or nothing again. I went out of my way to over eat. I have to put away this childish notion that this actually works well for me. It may have served me in the past, but I have to put this concept away. How come I end up where I started? How come I end up where I went wrong?

I can't offer advince, especially since I'm only in my third week of this life change/diet. I had a horrible weekend, and ate a lot. But I'm looking at today as a new start. New Day. New habit change. New attitude (hopefully). You can do it. I can do it. That's why we blog.. right? For support? We can do this, okay, Joy? Vee at www.veegettinghealthy.blogspot.com
I'm sorry Joy :-( Look at it this way though...you lost those pounds before, so you know you can do it again. Please don't get discouraged; I've had a lot of false starts on my journey too and you just have to keep going. We are all behind you!
I'm sorry, I know how frustrating that can be. Just don't give up! You are much healthier now than when you started. Learn from the past journey, what worked, what didn't, what was a short term fix.
Today is a new start. You can do it!

I wish I had something useful to say, but I don't. A lot of us have been there, certainly I have, asking the same questions. Keep trying!
Oh, man! That's such a bummer. I'm sorry you're feeling so discouraged right now, too. If I had a dollar for every time I tried for even just one day, and then couldn't even follow through for the one, I wouldn't need to dream about winning the lottery.
I'm glad you're still here on the blog. Please don't give up! I hope you'll keep trying, and writing about it. I'll be listening and rooting for you!
Come on back, Joy! I know you can do it, and I don't want you to wait til you're as old as me to do it! You have a little girl, and there is a lot of life to be had in the next 10 years.
